By purchasing from us, you agree to our terms and conditions.

You agree to comply with all Government directions, orders, and regulations relevant to attending live events, which may be in place at the time of the event, including mask mandates, physical distancing guidelines, health declarations, and screening and Pre-Event Testing.

For successful transactions, an e-Ticket will appear in your Penang360 account; an email will also be sent to you with a pdf copy of the e-Ticket. Please download it before the event to avoid an internet connection issue. If you have not received your e-ticket within 72 hours of purchase, contact us at hello@penang360.com.

Purchaser MUST present Penang360 Ticketing QR Code (phone or pdf) upon entering the hall. One e-Ticket QR-Code for One person.

The e-ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for saving a copy of the e-ticket; LOST e-tickets will not be entertained.

No outside food and drinks are allowed. Food and beverages may only be bought at the concert venue.

We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property while at the event.

We reserve the right to alter the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example, performer’s changes). In these instances, the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange it for another performance.

No ticket refund will be made under any circumstances except under conditions under Event Cancellation.

By purchasing tickets to the event, you agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 and agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to hold responsible and/or sue the Event Organiser/Promoter, its board members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or members of your group associated with COVID-19 while attending the event or at any time after the event.
